Rules and Regulations
GENERAL INFORMATION: The sponsor of the “Taylor Guitar Giveaway” (the "Contest") is Lick Records ("Sponsor"), having a place of business located at 100 Grove St., Peebles, OH 45660
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN, AND NO OBLIGATION OF ANY KIND IS IMPLIED. THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED, TAXED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES ENTRANT'S FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
Contest begins on April 21, 2009 at 8 a.m. Pacific Standard Time and ends on July, 4th, 2009 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time ("Contest Period").
CONTEST RULES and REGULATIONS
1. No purchase necessary
2. The Contest is offered to all natural persons age 18 and over as of the date of entry, who are legal residents of the U.S. and Canada (excluding Quebec)
3. Void where prohibited by law
4. Submit all required fields on the Registration Form to be automatically entered into a drawing for the Taylor Guitar
5. Only one entry per person
6. Each submission will count as one entry
7. Lick Records reserves the right to refuse any submission for any reason
8. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received
9. Winner will be listed on the website and notified by email
10. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
11. Entries will be accepted through July, 4th, 2009 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time
12. Employees, independent contractors, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of such persons are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
13. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply
14. Winner must meet eligibility requirements as required by Advantage Business Media
15. Entrants agree to give permission to use entrant(s) name and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising and trade without compensation
16. Participating entrants agree that Lick Records, its subsidiaries, participating sponsors, their affiliates, officers, directors, agents and their employees shall not be responsible for lost, misdirected, illegible or late entries
17. By enrolling, contestants accept these rules and agree to be bound by the results of the prize drawings. All decisions made by Lick Records are final
18. Taylor Guitar is subject to availability and may differ from photos shown in advertising materials
